My Poor Heart My poor heart is caught, in an open cage to scared to step past the bars that have been wrought to keep out the rage My heart is caught stuck in a cage with its door swung open to scared to fly free But just let her be, she'll come out to see, just how great it really can be, to soar free, Free from her prison, alone no more, she is meant to be free, if only she would see, One day she will, my poor little heart, will step from the bars, and into the light, to spread her wings, and finally take flight, One day she'll be free of all the rage, that has been born from years inside her cage.

Sugar ants have been invading my bathroom for the past 2 months, and for the life of me i could not find what it was they were eating. So i decided to follow the now visible trail of ants across my bathroom to end up under the sink. They were eating old fish food we'd forgotten to throw away. oops
